(Rick)&nbsp; Loving<\/strong> is a native of Lynchburg and a graduate of the University of Lynchburg.&nbsp; His first book, <strong><em>Goodnight Lynchburg,<\/em><\/strong> combined his passion for history and photography to inspire children, families and friends to explore Lynchburg and have fun learning about the wonderful places this area has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>The book had been featured on <em><strong>&#8220;Living in the Heart of Virginia&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> and was a part of the Lynchburg City Schools <strong><em>2020 Summer Staycation<\/em> <\/strong>on-line learning program.<\/p>\n<p>Rick recently completed his second book, <em><strong>African Safari ABCs &#8211; a book about the animals of the Serengeti<\/strong><\/em> which displays photos from his visits to Tanzania in a learning adventure that identifies an animal for each letter as well as some interesting and unique facts about that animal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Richard W.
